- The Shop
The 2-storey American cafe is located at the fringe of Orchard Road, 8-10minutes (walking) away from main shopping and entertainment area.



Hard Rock is a haven for fans of music. The interior is lines with a vast collection of music memorabilia, rock songs blaring in the background and the music can get very loud in the night.



Beside the typical American food, HRC has recently introduced some local specialties that includes chilli crab dip and 4 mouthwatering seafood special. There is always something to satisfy the local and foreign appetite at HRC Singapore.


- The Food
Lychee Martini

Sweet fragrance and flavor of lychee gives a really beautiful perfume. The exotic cocktail is garnished with 2 lychees.

Chilli Crab Dip @ $15.00++

Chili crab is an iconic Singapore dish. Over HRC, they make the dish into a delicious dip to save the mess of wrestling with crab shells. The slightly sweet and spicy sauce is rich, thick and flavourful. Dunking the crispy crust fried mantou in the sauce was finger licking good! This was definitely the highlight of our entire meal.

Seafood Platter @ $28.00++

Excite your palate with platter of grilled prawns, calamari rings, battered sea bass fillet, soft shell crab and a bed of french fries with tartar sauce. The crab and prawn was succulent, but the rest a tad dry.

Crispy Sea Bass @ $26++

The pan-fried sea bass fillet was cooked perfectly, crispy golden skin yet without drying out the delicate flesh. The fish was tasty even without the pesto sauce. Accompanied with smashed potatoes and veggies.

Chilli Crab Spaghetti @ $26++

It was the same sauce as chilli crab dip which I have mentioned above. The only complain, wish they are more generous with the sauce and crab meat.

Crab Fried Rice @ $20++

The wok-fried rice with succulent crab meat, prawns and dice portobello mushroom wrapped in an egg omelette was nostalgic. The fried rice may be simple but delish!

Love Juice

Ended the dinner with 3 shots of Love Juice. Light liquor with fragrant of lychee. This sweet and fruity cocktail is not on the menu but available upon request at the bar.


- My Opinion
I never visited Hard Rock Cafe in Singapore and had only visited HRC in oversea. I am impressed by the "Rock 'n' Roll" ambiance as I have experience in oversea. Although the food are not exorbitantly priced but I still find it a little overprice. Perhaps they can be more generous with the seafood to make the dish more value for money.
