- The Food
Flower Fairy @ $8.00

Lily and osmanthus are tied in a ball of high quality green tea leaves, when brewed the flowers will magically bloom before your eyes. The flowers scent is detectable yet mild, and the green tea is refreshingly light. It is really a sumptuous spectacle for your taste buds and for eyes!

Rock & Roll Salad @ $16

Maureen's boyfriend ordered Angus Sirloin (200g @ $40) from "Best Cut" selection which also include this salad and cake of the day. Sorry, I didn't had the photo of the steak and cake. But I heard it was a very tasty and valued meal.

Braised Somen with Coloso Crabmeat @ $28.00

Somen noodles are thin Japanese wheat noodles, served with homemade broth that was light and flavoursome. Vicki enjoyed the dish.

Summer Grilled Snapper @ $32.00
IMG_1582edit1
Delicacy snapper grilled with aromatic herbs, accompanied with julienned vegetables, cherry tomato confit and braised garlic. The sauce was packed with favours and a tad salty, it compliment the fish very well, but I felt they can be more generous with the sauce.

Stewed Lamb Shank In Rose Wine @ $30.00

Derrick and Yancai had lame shank. The Chinese rose wine and red wine used exhibits the concept of east meets west. Heard the lamb is melthy tender, and the sauce complement the meat very well. Served with pearl onions in lamb jus and herb crusted potatoes.

Sashimi Grade Tuna @ $30.00

Fresh tuna loin seasoned with cracked pepper and cumin, seared on the outside, served with green asparagus and white wine butter sauce. Heard from Jiayi and Rae that it was delish!

- My Opinion
I like the concept and the fact that the price is friendlier on the wallet compare to fine dining.

The rooftop dining will make a romantic dinner in the sunset evening.

You may like to visit Miss Tam Chiak for a detail review on all the food we ordered as I didn't try everything.

Had a fun and great time dining with friends, we shared from work experience to travel to gossip to ghostly story. So much to talk about!
