I have been blogging for quite sometime, one of the good thing that ever happen to me ain't the prizes I won in competitions, neither is the fame or popularity, but the friendship I earn. Met some really nice people, and some became closer than just blogging friends.

Halia (Malay word for ginger) restaurant is a modern European restaurant tucked away in the lush foliage of the Ginger Garden at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
Last weekend I was invited to Stefan and Daniela (a German expat couple) home for an exclusive dinner in the bid of sharing one’s culture through food.

Goldleaf Restaurant (formally known as New Taiwan Porridge Restaurant) is a Taiwanese-Singaporean restaurant conceptualised.
Liang Court beckons all food lovers once again with Oishii @ Liang Court, involving their most popular eateries. Sample set-meals at three different F&B outlets for $30 at any of their 12 participating shops. The first shop has been pre-selected, you can choose your second and third stops from any of the remaining 12 shops. Complete the experience at Thirsty The Beer Shop, where you can enjoy a beer worth $6.50 from the over 60 international brews! Diners under 18 years old will receive a can of non-alcoholic drink.

I do enjoy cooking and wish I have all the time in the world to cook everyday for every meal. Unfortunately time is not in my favor all the time. There are also days when I am too lazy especially after a hectic day at work. Other days, we just want to pamper ourselves with nice dine out food, without the crowd.

The region's largest photo competition - Canon PhotoMarathon has kick off for the 11th consecutive year on 6th July 2013.
We are one of the many who join the photo competition that challenges participants to create photographic masterpieces in line with assigned themes - under time pressure. This is the FIRST time we joined such event, together with Hazel of Aimakan, we stretch our creativity and endurance in this full-day event.
