Happy Birthday Hazel
I have been blogging for quite sometime, one of the good thing that ever happen to me ain't the prizes I won in competitions, neither is the fame or popularity, but the friendship I earn. Met some really nice people, and some became closer than just blogging friends.
One of them is Hazel from Aimakan. The friendship didn't build up overnight. We have our differences, there are times we don't see eye to eye but usually the bad times are forgotten after a sleep.
Today is a special day. Nope, no one is getting married. I am not pregnant. Many years ago, God has created this special girl, a lovely, cute Aimakan, oops I mean Hazel!
Melissa and I had planned for her birthday surprise almost a month earlier. Nothing fancy or big, just a small surprise filled with my breath and Melissa love.
We had a little corner at Torte, decorated with balloons and birthday wordings.
Of course the birthday girl has no clue about the arrangement. Melissa was one of the surprise too!
Full of high spirits, effervescent, bright and smile... That's Hazel.
Dinner we had...
Special dessert made by Jason - Owner of Torte, only for Hazel!! Thank you Melissa for arranging!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR HAZEL from MELISSA and CELES =)
Hope you had enjoyed yourself Hazel... Not much of a big surprise, but our thought and loves count right? =p
Because of her irregular working hours, dating this girl can be crazy. You have to queue for a number, wait... and wait... Sometime we even have booked her one month in advance!! We were suppose to go for a sunrise photoshoot, but was told to attend a course one week before our meet-up. So, it became another night of dinner.
From Sunrise to an Oyster feast at Tanuki. $2 oyster during happy hours from 5pm - 8pm!
A plate of 5 slices Salmon Sashimi for $5
Beers are at $10, while cocktails are at $11 each
She sure loves the oysters
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN HAZEL, from Shareen & Celes =D
After the appetizers, we head to Mushroom Pot for a light dinner.
We ended the night with ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery.
Two nights of pampering with food, indeed an Ai Makan (loves eating). HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE!!
