Double happiness when luck and love collides on 14th February 2010. Twice the reason to indulge on Chinese New Year & Valentine's Day. What a day to remember!It's not often that the celebrations of luck and love collide in a single day - which is even more excuse to go the whole hog and whip up a feast that will delight both the modern and traditional at heart.
Had bake pineapple tarts for Chinese New Year, now making some heart shape cheesecake...
You can add raspberry on top of the cheesecake, or mix into the cheesecake and top up with 2 halves strawberry to form a heart shape.
