The chic and vibrant all-day dining restaurant is located in Orchard Road, the ultimate shopping haven.
There are four live cooking stations, serving a la minute signature dishes including pizzas, sandwiches, dim sum, claypot favourites and roast meat with noodles or rice.
Beside the usual signature dishes, you will also be immerse in glorious with the festive feasts cooked a la minute at 'live' cooking station with a delicious mix of class holiday recipes intertwined with local flavours; such as seafood risotto, roasted pork loin, braised beef cheeks with red wine, roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing & cranberry sauce, Christmas pudding...

Peanut Butter Martini @ $18++ (aviable from 1st - 25th December)
Peanut butter isn't just for sandwiches, they are for cocktail too! For some very strange reason, I really like the peanut-ty flavor yet not overly creamy drink. The peanut infused alcohol is perfect for the epitome of peanut lover.
Grilled Chicken with Rum & Raisin Sauce
The grilled succulent and tender chicken was served with sauce that was made from scratch. The rum and red wine was mild, don't worry of getting drunk!
Braised Beef Cheeks with Red Wine
The beef cheeks was meltingly tender, with a rich, deep braised sauce.
Roasted Char Siew Turkey with Five Spices
Not the usual thick char siew with charred bits. It was slice like ham with fragrant of five spice aroma and glaze is a tad salty rather than sweet. It was baked for 1.5 hours, and glaze on with the char siew sauce every 10 minutes during the baking time. That explain the extreme heavy taste, however the sweet watermelon (red piece of thing behind the meat) balance the palate.
Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb with Dried Fruit & Nut Crust (takeaway item) @ $98.00
This is for takeaway and not served on the buffet line. I love the fruity and nut crust that was infuse with tangy orange fragrant. However I will prefer my lamb more raw so that it will be more tender and juicy. But not everyone can take the rawness, no?
Dark Chocolate Banana & Pecan Mousse Log Cake (you can also purchase at 1kg for $72.00)
The moist pecan mousse log cake dressed in dark chocolate combines with sweet flavor of ripe bananas was mouthwatering! Anything dark chocolate is my love!
Alluring treats and luxurious festive hampers are available from 15 Nov - 31 Dec at Grand Park Orchard, Grand Park City Hall and Park Hotel Clarke Quay.

If you like chocolate and martini, you will like chocotini! It's a combination that surely can't go wrong.
Assorted sushi
Variety of sushi are lesser compare to most hotel's buffet, however they are super fresh compare to most hotel too.
BBQ Delight Station
The roasted meat are my favourite from this station! They served roasted chicken, roasted duck, roasted char siew as well.
Pizza Station
Ya uh, pizza will be make upon order, bake for 10-15min and serve you fresh from the oven.
Claypot Station
Don't compare the waxed meat & chinese sausage 'lap mei' with Geylang/Chinatown claypot rice. Those are cooked with slow process involving precision and patience to cook the rice with a smoky aroma. I am impress with the result for a 10-15min wait.
Braised Pork with Sea Cucumber & Black Mushroom
The sea cucumber was a little over cook for me and I felt the meat was not infused deep enough. But I can't expect them to slow cook for 2hours right?
Assam fish
The tangy, thick and a tad spicy sauce will leave you wanting for more! It's so appetizing that my friend had almost 4 pot of serving!
You will also find some popular local delight on the buffet line.

The durian pengat is a MUST TRY! Not overly creamy & sweet, filled with fragrant of fresh durian. 1 glass is never enough!

I like the ambiance, very chic and bright. Sit by the window and enjoy a spectacular view of Singapore's downtown cityscape with a gastronomical experience.
Be prepare to wait for estimate 10-15min at Live station, if you want fresh food to be cook upon ordering, you just have to wait. But you don't have to queue at the station. Order and food will be serve to your table when is ready.
